Baby Birds is a trusted UK retailer established in 1993. We will always try to ensure we’re offering the most competitive price online. If you find it cheaper on another site, but would like the reassurance of buying from one of the UK’s top nursery retailers, submit a price match request for our consideration.

We offer a price matching service, where you can submit your quote from elsewhere and we will endeavour to match or beat the price!

Please note, the item must be identical to that being matched. The same model, colour and stock availability. We are unable to match third party sellers, ex-display items or items not sold by an official retailer with the same warranty. We do take into account discount codes, but price matches cannot be redeemed in conjunction with an additional coupon code on our site.

Full payment will be required within 24 hours following a price match request. Price matches will not be valid following the payment time expiry. We are unable to offer a price match on Payment Plan terms. Any price matching offer may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Baby Birds. A price match cannot be applied retrospectively and must be approved prior to purchase.
