The Neo Quantum comes with a matt black aluminium frame, air wheels, changing bag, insect net and parasol.

The seat section of the Concord Neo buggy is fixed to the frame using the travel system adaptor without any further mounting points.  This means it can be detached in a single operation with absolute ease to turn the seat section around and turn it into a travel system.
